Frequently Asked Questions

When does the pool open?

Typcially our pool opens for our families on the Weekend prior to Memorial Day and then full-time starting Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day.
NOTE: our swim team historically has practiced in our pool prior to this date to get ready for the swim meet season.

Is our pool heated?

Yes! This allows our swim team to train in the month of May and ensures a comfortable swimming temperature for all until such time as the weather is warm enough to heat the pool itself.

Are the all of the Club's facilities open year round?

The clubhouse is opened all year long and is available for you to rent to host your social event. The four tennis courts are open year round as well as the lower playground, basketball court and beach volleyball court. The pool is opened from mid-May thru Labor Day. See Pool Information link for further details.

Who do I contact to rent the Clubhouse? What does it cost?

Our Club is a non-profit private club organized for the benefit of the members. As such, the clubhouse is reserved for use solely by its members and their guests.
Rental Fees are assessed and vary depending on the size of your gathering. Fees can be found on page 2 of the 2005  Leafmore-Creek Park Club, Inc. by-laws/membership guide.
For additional information or to reserve the clubhouse, call Kay Hunt at 404-921-7248.

How do I join the Club?

Contact the Membership Chair, Kirstin Darby, via the e-link located on the Contact Us page (see the Navigation Bar on the left side of this page).
If there is a waiting list, preferred seating for membership entry will be provided to families located inside the Leafmore Creek boundaries.  No wait list exists at this time.

Can I play tennis at any time?

Yes. You can reserve a tennis court up to 48 hours in advance of a prospective court time. Sign up sheets are located on the bulletin board beside the clay (upper) tennis courts. Please adhere to all Tennis Club rules (dress, duration of court times, etc.) while utilizing our facilities.

Q: Does the Club offer tennis lessons?

Yes. Contact the Tennis Chair, Tim Acklin, for further details.  Tim can be reached via email at tennis@leafmoreclub.com.
